Family Solicitor

Farleys Solicitors LLP, now part of the Lawfront group, is seeking a 2-4 years' PQE Family Solicitor to join its growing team in Wigan, Preston or Burnley.

You’ll be joining a team that’s known for delivering clear, compassionate advice across a wide range of family law matters.

What You’ll Be Handling:

• Divorce and separation

• Financial settlements, including high-value and business-related assets

• Child arrangements and parental disputes

• Domestic abuse and protective orders

• Prenuptial and cohabitation agreements

You’ll manage your own caseload and play a key role in shaping our family law offering in the region.

What we’re Looking For:

• 2-4 years’ PQE in family law

• Strong technical knowledge and client-handling skills

• Experience with complex financial matters and HNW clients

• A proactive, empathetic, and commercially aware mindset
